the spa has an excellent outdoor sauna with a fantastic view. the bar seating is uncomfortable.

The restaurant food is fabulous, and the breakfast offered is very very good and varied with very decent coffee.

Planai was located in the immediate surroundings. Private parking on-site was provided. Free Wi Fi was available throughout the property. We enjoyed tui blue schladming:)))

The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from the Planai gondola. I loved how easy it was to access the slopes directly from the ski room through the parking lot. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have a modern feel. Breakfast deserves a shoutout. It offered a Styrian twist with delicious options, keeping me energized for a day of skiing. One standout was the wellness area, especially the sauna on the roof terrace with amazing views. I faced some issues with parking. I couldn't book a space in advance, resulting in having to use a public lot. A kettle in the room would have added extra comfort as well. Although I had minor inconveniences, the helpful staff was great. They were very good with transportation assistance to the train station, which I appreciated.

the location is great for ski trips, it is very close to slopes. The room was nice and the food was good as well.

The aqi Hotel Schladming is situated in a prime location opposite the Planet Planai from where the gondola carries skiers up to the Planai ski slopes and where all other facilities can be found needed by the skier or snowboarder. There is a ski depot in the basement. The service employees are very friendly and helpful. Given the location and the hotel facilities, and its quality, the price for a double room does not seem exceedingly high though lower prices can be found at smaller Pensionen nearby where the local people keep up a more private atmosphere.

We had a proper brilliant stay! Location's spot on, right by the gondola, and the breakfast was canny, loads of choice. Only downside was the lack of a coffee machine in the room. But overall, it's a belting spot for a winter getaway!

Very conveniently located with good facilities. Still quite new so no wear and tear to speak of.

Restaurant was closed because nobody had booked! One to watch in the off peak season.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The hotel is close to the town shops (an easy walk) and restaurants and the view of the ski slopes from the dining area is great. We went in the spring, when there was no skiing, but I can imagine it would be a very nice location during winter. The staff is very friendly, courteous and quite helpful. The room was roomy with a contemporary flair. I would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom area could use exhaust fans, but this is a relatively minor issue.

The amazing mountain views from the spa area, especially the outdoor sauna, provided a perfect relaxation escape after a long day on the slopes.

Unfortunately, the bar area felt a bit cramped and could benefit from more comfortable seating options to unwind after their meals.

I had several issues with the service. Initially, I was misled about the availability of the parking garage, which forced me to park in a more expensive garage nearby. My check-in experience was frustrating due to language barriers with the staff.
